Friendly staff.

Continental breakfast could have used some fresh fruit.

We stayed fro 3 nights. There wasn't an elevator. We had to haul luggage upstairs. Should have put us on the 1st floor.

The hot tub was dirty.

Overall its a nice place to stay, been staying there 4 years, this is the 1st time the hot tub was bad.

Beds not changed from night before. We changed our own sheets.

Nightmare. Don't stay here. We were afraid to complain about the room because I had my children with me.

Continental breakfast left much to be desired.

A very basic room with poor air condition.

The hotel is only for people who must stay overnight in Thermopolis. It is located far away from any attractions and food outlets you can find in Thermopolis. Breakfasts are rather very simple and you can get better if you go to a MacDonald's which is located about half a mile from the hotel. ...read more
